A chance to meet members of the Centre for Leadership Performance team who have been developing lifelong leadership skills in Cumbria for almost 15 years. Through their work with schools, colleges and employers they have built up extensive local knowledge of the skills needed in the local economy and how by working together our social value investments can really make a difference. Their presentation will include case studies from the nuclear supply chain, where businesses involved in social value activities in primary and secondary schools are also providing meaningful development opportunities for their employees.
