The Regional Supply Chain Network (RSCN) was established in 2021 by Jeannette Medati, then the Supply Chain Director at BAE Systems, Barrow in Furness to engage with businesses in the region, to engender collaboration, knowledge sharing and growth.
Louise Clegg joined the Network in 2023 after a career in Procurement & Supply in the Health Service and BAE Systems. Both Jeannette and Louise work on a voluntary basis.
In February 2025, Jeannette & Louise formalised the RSCN as a Community Interest Company (CIC).
The purpose of the RSCN is to support & facilitate organisations across Cumbria to connect, collaborate & grow underpinned by robust Procurement and Supply knowledge & awareness.
